About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Clerk at Meryann Spa Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas, providing basic information and assistance as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, receive and issue payments, and perform various clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, calculate billing charges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in electronic mail, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a focus on attention to detail.

Requirements
