Job Title: Shift Manager - Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager - Team Lead to join our team at Tim Hortons (Kahuna Coffee Group). As a Shift Manager - Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of staff and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Product Quality: Ensure that all products are prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
