About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons (Kahuna Coffee Group). As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they leave the restaurant satisfied.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights that can help us improve our operations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from us.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on customer service.
