Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Service Helper to join our team at Hungry Bear Restaurant. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Setting and Maintenance
    • Set tables with clean linens, dishes, and utensils
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after each use
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas
    • Package take-out food for customers
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Inventory and Stocking
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other dining room staff to ensure efficient service
    Requirements
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • Experience an asset
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Availability to work 35-40 hours per week
