About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Audielicious Restaurant, Inc. as an International Cuisine Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring that their dietary needs are met.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure that they are presented in a professional and appealing manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Restaurant, urban area.
