Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons Restaurant Store # 101681, 96a Street. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues, and plan and organize daily activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and quality.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage inventory to maintain profitability.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans, implement sales strategies, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
