Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our menu standards and quality control procedures.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely delivery.
- Supervision and Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring timely setup and execution.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, making decisions to optimize efficiency and quality.
