Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons Restaurant Store # 101681, 96a Street. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Financial Management: Monitor revenues, manage labor costs, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High school graduation certificate.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
