Qualifications for Success
Essential Skills

  • A strong engineering mindset with experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and production-level delivery, complemented by analytical skills, effective communication, and a sense of ownership.
  • Over 5 years of development experience in languages such as Python, RUST, GO, Elixir, or Erlang.
  • Familiarity with application and system design patterns.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.

Preferred Technical Experience

  • Experience with DevOps CI/CD tools, including GitHub, Jenkins, or UrbanCodeDeploy.
  • Familiarity with public cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience in building or supporting distributed applications.

Preferred Business Experience

  • Experience in FinTech.
  • Knowledge of DeFi, Crypto & Blockchain, or AI/ML.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
