Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at S1 FOOD SERVICE INC. as a key member of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Staff Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques, as well as supervising and mentoring them to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and food service areas to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
- Experience: Willingness to train and develop skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
- Personal Qualities: Strong client focus, organized, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
