Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project priorities across various tracks and drive project execution.
  • Support the Project/Transition Manager in executing project management tasks.
  • Organize, schedule, and lead client and internal meetings, including weekly status updates.
  • Adhere to established standards and procedures for project documentation and reporting.
  • Foster consistent communication and uphold project standards within the team and with clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all administrative tasks related to the assigned project.
  • Utilize Microsoft tools such as Teams, Project, and spreadsheets to monitor budgets, schedules, and other relevant information.
  • Manage processes related to contract, financial, and scope management within project management.
  • Ensure timely progress towards project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and oversee project deliverables, milestones, and tasks according to the established timeline.
  • Coordinate responses to requests for changes from original specifications.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and both internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on information technology.
  • Ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment across distances, cultures, and time zones, with multiple reporting lines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with a focus on coordinating resources to achieve deliverables.
  • Proven ability to organize and plan effectively, particularly for large-scale projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of adapting messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in prioritizing and managing tasks against critical deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to cultivate a robust internal and external network to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Project, and Visio.
  • Experience in data analysis using charts, pivot tables, filters, and rules.
  • Competence in setting agendas and facilitating meetings, focusing on essential discussion topics and decisions.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills, considering multiple factors with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective multi-tasking and time-management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented in approach.
