Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project priorities across various tracks and ensure effective project execution.
  • Support the Project/Transition Manager in executing project management tasks.
  • Organize, schedule, and lead client and internal meetings, including weekly status updates and team discussions.
  • Adhere to established standards and protocols for project documentation and reporting.
  • Foster consistent communication and uphold project standards within the team and with clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all administrative aspects of the assigned project.
  • Utilize Microsoft tools such as Teams, Project, and spreadsheets to monitor budgets, timelines, and other critical information.
  • Manage processes related to contract, financial, and scope management within project management.
  • Monitor progress to ensure timely achievement of project goals.
  • Develop and oversee project deliverables, milestones, and tasks according to the project schedule.
  • Coordinate responses to requests for modifications from the original specifications.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors and both internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on information technology.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment across distances, cultures, and time zones, within a matrix structure with multiple reporting lines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong project management capabilities and a proactive approach to coordinating resources to achieve deliverables.
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills applicable to large-scale projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively, balancing trade-offs against critical deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop a robust internal and external network to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Project, and Visio.
  • Experience in data analysis utilizing charts, pivot tables, filters, and rules.
  • Skilled in setting agendas and facilitating meetings, focusing on essential discussion topics and necessary decisions.
  • Proven ability to negotiate outcomes, considering multiple factors with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and managing time effectively, with a focus on prioritizing tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
