Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Transit Subways Project Manager to lead large multi-year projects for clients. As a project manager and technical lead, you'll collaborate closely with the Client and Technical Advisory team on this transformative city project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver complex transit projects
  • Oversee transit station design and construction administration services
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, work plans, and schedules
  • Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the public
  • Oversee complex evaluations of planning and design alternatives
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and proposals
  • Develop and mentor project team members
  • Support business development and proposal preparation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • Registered Architect or Engineer in Ontario (or able to obtain immediate registration)
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience managing large scale projects
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
  • Demonstrated ability as a project manager of multi-disciplinary project teams specifically related to assessments and functional/preliminary and detail design assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients and external stakeholders
  • Experience with business development and proposal preparation
  • Possesses good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills
