About the Role:

The Flexible Support Clerk is a key member of our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation at our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for our members and customers.
  • Work independently and as part of various teams to achieve business objectives and maintain high customer service levels.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to, including safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining optimal merchandising and visual displays, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of company policies and procedures, including food safety and product handling.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility in regard to scheduling.
  • Ability to acquire forklift and propane certification.
  • Point of sale experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong commitment to excellence and a proven ability to motivate and lead team members.
  • Honest and trustworthy, with a proven ability to promote workplace health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate to deliver solutions that matter most.
