Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
The Flexible Support Clerk will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation at Prairie Co-op locations. They will be responsible for:
- Meeting established productivity standards and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Working at multiple locations and departments within Prairie Co-op and traveling to various communities within the trading area.
- Ensuring prompt and efficient customer service and maintaining high customer service levels.
- Promoting and ensuring all company and food safety policies and procedures are met.
- Assisting in maintaining optimal merchandising and ensuring Co-op image standards are maintained.
The Team:
Our team provides a range of products and services to support member-owners. We help build, fuel, feed, and grow Western Canadian communities together.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid driver's license.
- Flexibility in regard to scheduling.
- Willingness to acquire forklift and propane certification.
- Point of sale experience is considered an asset.
- A strong commitment to excellence and a proven ability to motivate and lead Team members.
