Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
The Flexible Support Clerk is a key member of our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation at our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for our members and customers.
- Work independently and as part of various teams to achieve business objectives and maintain high customer service levels.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to, including safety and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining optimal merchandising and visual displays, ensuring Co-op image standards are met.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of safety and regulatory procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Flexibility in regard to scheduling.
- Ability to acquire forklift and propane certification.
- Point of sale experience is considered an asset.
- Strong commitment to excellence and a proven ability to motivate and lead team members.
- Honest and trustworthy, with a proven ability to promote workplace Health and Safety Regulations and Procedures.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate to deliver solutions that matter most.
