Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
The Flexible Support Clerk is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation at all Prairie Co-op locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and efficient service at all times.
- Work independently and as part of various teams to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Ensure all company and food safety policies and procedures are met, including the safe handling and storage of product.
- Assist in maintaining optimal merchandising, including effective visual displays and efficient stocking of inventory.
- Communicate and adhere to all applicable company policies and procedures, ensuring safety and regulatory requirements are implemented and maintained.

Requirements:
- A valid driver's license.
- Flexibility in regard to scheduling.
- Ability to acquire forklift and propane certification.
- Point of sale experience is considered an asset.
