Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
The Flexible Support Clerk is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service at all Prairie Co-op locations. This role requires a strong commitment to excellence, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
- Work effectively in multiple locations and departments, with the ability to travel to various communities within Prairie Co-op's trading area.
- Ensure all company and food safety policies and procedures are met, including the safe handling and storage of product.
- Assist in maintaining optimal merchandising, including visual displays and inventory management.
- Communicate and adhere to all applicable company policies and procedures, ensuring safety and regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements:
- A valid driver's license.
- Flexibility in regard to scheduling.
- Ability to acquire forklift and propane certification.
- Point of sale experience is considered an asset.
- A strong commitment to excellence and a willingness to learn and grow.
