Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our scheduling department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shifts are covered and our employees are scheduled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, modify, and update work schedules for frontline Paladin Security employees in the Calgary branch
  • Work with Client Service Managers to strategically plan schedules and keep client and worksite information accurate
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments regarding vacation requests, shift pick-ups, and last-minute book-offs
  • Capture and report statistics related to overtime usage, while developing and implementing strategies for minimizing it
  • Conduct audits and maintain accuracy of all entries in the scheduling software (WinTeam)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of scheduling software is an asset
