About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Service Manager to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and directing our security operations to ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training

We are looking for a professional with the ability to hire, train, and motivate a team of security personnel to meet the needs of our clients.

Budget Planning and Control

You will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.

Service Quality Assessment

As a Security Service Manager, you will direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

Project Management

You will plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, as well as assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.

Policy Development

We are looking for a professional who can plan, develop, and organize the policies and procedures of our establishments to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Representation

You will represent Blackbird Security Inc. within various economic and social organizations to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Leadership and Communication

As a Security Service Manager, you will lead and instruct groups, monitor and evaluate performance, and communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.

Experience

Experience is an asset, and we are looking for a professional with equivalent experience in security management.

Language

English is the primary language of communication, and proficiency in English is required.

Work Hours

This is a permanent position, and the work hours are 40 hours per week.
