Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Service Manager to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and directing our security operations to ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training
Recruit, train, and develop a team of security professionals who embody our company values and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
Budget Planning and ControlDevelop and manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
Service Quality AssessmentDesign and implement service quality assessment strategies to measure and improve our security services, ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations.
Project ManagementPlan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
Policies and ProceduresDevelop and implement policies and procedures that align with our company's vision and values, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Representation and CommunicationRepresent Blackbird Security Inc. in various economic and social organizations, fostering relationships and promoting our brand.
Leadership and DevelopmentLead and instruct groups, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our security operations.
Monitoring and EvaluationMonitor and evaluate our security services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our offerings.
Project CoordinationAssign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Language and HoursWork in English, with a 40-hour workweek, ensuring our security services are delivered to the highest standard.
