Key Responsibilities- Hiring, Training, and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a team of security professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Service Quality Assessment: Develop and implement strategies to assess and improve the quality of our security services.
- Project Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Representation: Represent the company in various economic and social organizations to promote our services and build relationships.
- Leadership and Communication: Lead and instruct groups, monitor and evaluate performance, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
- Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. We are open to candidates with a strong background in security management.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
