Security Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Service Manager to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security services.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training
Recruit, train, and develop a team of security professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Budget Planning and ControlDevelop and manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
Service Quality AssessmentDevelop and implement strategies to assess and improve the quality of our security services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence.
Project ManagementPlan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure timely completion and maximum value.
Policies and ProceduresDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
RepresentationRepresent Blackbird Security Inc. at various economic and social organizations to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Leadership and DevelopmentLead and instruct groups of security professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Monitoring and EvaluationMonitor and evaluate the performance of our security services to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Project CoordinationAssign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Language and HoursWork in English and work 40 hours per week.
