Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Security Teams
- Direct and manage the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule security operations to ensure seamless coverage and optimal resource allocation.
- Manage Budgets and Expenditures
- Develop and implement budgets for security operations, ensuring that all expenses are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and control expenditures, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to reduce waste.
- Lead and Develop Security Teams
- Recruit, train, and develop security personnel, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Provide coaching and guidance to security personnel, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Represent the Company
- Act as a liaison between Blackbird Security Inc. and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our services and building relationships with key partners.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience
- Experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the security industry.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire security personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
