Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and inspire team members to achieve excellence in service delivery.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage budgets for various projects, ensuring financial accountability.
- Quality Assurance: Guide staff in creating and executing strategies for service quality evaluation.
- Policy Development: Formulate and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Representation: Act as a representative of Blackbird Security Inc. in various professional and community organizations.
- Project Coordination: Assign, oversee, and assess projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Working Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
