  • Graduate of mechanical engineering or technology program
  • Experience in construction mechanical and/or HVAC industry may substitute

  • Estimating experience considered an asset
  • Experience in commercial building systems an asset

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of mechanical HVAC, controls, piping, and related equipment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Organized and deadline-driven
