About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Project Sales Representative to join our Nova Scotia Service team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing and new customers
  • Prepare and present customized sales proposals, including energy analysis and cost justifications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions adapted to clients' needs and sustainability objectives
  • Provide technical support to peers and field staff as an expert
  • Liaise with business partners, including suppliers, sub-contractors, and utilities
Requirements
  • Graduate of mechanical engineering or technology program or equivalent experience in the construction mechanical and/or HVAC industry
  • Previous sales and customer service experience, with a strong background in HVAC sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a self-directed way within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
