Job Title: Service Project Sales Representative

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong sales background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Project Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our mechanical service projects to commercial clients in the Nova Scotia region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our mechanical service projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide technical support to peers and field staff as an expert in mechanical service projects.
  • Manage customer accounts and visit potential and existing accounts to maintain and generate business.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of mechanical engineering or technology program or equivalent experience in the construction mechanical and/or HVAC industry.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience, with a strong background in HVAC sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a self-directed way within a team environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
