About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Project Sales Representative to join our Nova Scotia Service team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing and new customers
  • Prepare and present customized sales proposals, estimates, and energy analyses to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions adapted to clients' needs and sustainability objectives
  • Provide technical support to peers and field staff as an expert
  • Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors, utilities, inspectors, consultants, and Efficiency Nova Scotia to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Graduate of mechanical engineering or technology program or equivalent experience in the construction mechanical and/or HVAC industry
  • Previous sales and customer service experience, with a strong background in HVAC and commercial building systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Ability to work in a self-directed way within a team environment, with strong time management and organizational skills
