About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Mega Liquor Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning the counter area.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
