About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sanjha Punjab Grocery Store Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail sales team, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests and complaints.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to walk frequently and work in a variety of settings, including on-site customer service.
