Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at TATAK PINOY FOOD STORE. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always stocked with a wide range of products.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including supervising sales staff, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising: Oversee the merchandising of the store, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including processing sales transactions, managing cash handling, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, establish work schedules, sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, organize and maintain inventory, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Supervision: 3-4 people, retail salespersons and sales clerks
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, standing for extended periods
