About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sanjha Punjab Grocery Store Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail sales team, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and personnel matters.
  • Store Operations: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
