  • Reconciling bank statements, preparing working papers, and reviewing trial balances to facilitate the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, including utilities, taxes, and employee expense claims.
  • Ensuring prompt creation of client invoices and credit memos.
  • Addressing invoice discrepancies and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Maintaining client and fund data within the accounting system.
  • Processing daily cash receipts and appropriately allocating them to sales ledger invoices.
  • Providing detailed variance analysis for monthly revenue reports.
  • Preparing Accounts Receivable Aging reports for management review.
  • Monitoring aged receivables and work in progress.
  • Collaborating with the Client Operations team on billing inquiries and aged receivables.
  • Assisting tax specialists by providing necessary documentation for tax return preparation and addressing any related queries.
  • Engaging with vendors and internal clients for inquiries, maintaining process documentation, and adhering to internal control procedures.
  • Supporting the management of the central mailbox within the team.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in an accounting role is required.

  • Proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional teamwork capabilities.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and tight deadlines.
