We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Kitchen Helper to join our team at Grab & Go Indian Kitchen Inc. as we continue to grow and expand our services.
As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all equipment, appliances, and storage areas are sanitized and tidy. You will also be responsible for receiving and storing supplies, removing garbage and trash, and performing various tasks to support our culinary team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food service and are looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you are a team player who is able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, appliances, and storage areas
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work on site at our physical location
