Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to provide it.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
- Operations and Logistics
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role is preferred.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
