About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1310695 B.C Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in our door-to-door sales business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal sales coverage and minimize downtime.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise Sales Team: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Work Environment

As a Sales Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail to ensure accurate sales reporting and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience in a door-to-door sales business
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Work Term: Permanent
