About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1043440 BC LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Work Setting: Retail business, willing to relocate
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, judgement
