As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales floor staff to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Prepare sales reports, analyzing data to inform merchandising and personnel decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
