About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Security Advisor to join our team at Matcha Assurance. As a Financial Security Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance to our clients, helping them to make informed decisions about their financial security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide recommendations to clients on insurance options.
  • Product Analysis: Compare and analyze various insurance offers to determine the best-suited products for clients.
  • Sales and Service: Sell insurance products to clients and provide post-sales support and service.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company standards, codes of ethics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to the success of marketing campaigns, including E-Marketing initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Financial Security Advisor Certification: Hold a Financial Security Advisor certification in Ontario (LLQP).
  • Experience in Financial Services: Prior experience in financial services distribution is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to establish a climate of trust with clients.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate strong adaptability and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage client files effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SalesForce, Compulife, WinQuote, and Adobe is considered an asset.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time employee position with a base salary of $35,000 plus commission. On Target Earnings (OTE) range between $70,000 to $80,000, providing an exciting opportunity for financial growth and success.
