Position Overview

The Moosomin Country Squire Inn is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee our housekeeping operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our guests expect.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department.
  • Procure and manage the purchase of necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate and plan activities for housekeeping supervisors and their teams.
  • Conduct inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping staff effectively.
