Job Title: Government IT Business Analyst

First Tek, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Government IT Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Facilitate and manage business process development and process improvement
  • Gather requirements from diverse stakeholders and develop integrated system and technical design specifications
  • Support project management status and financial reports and schedules
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with business and technical requirements
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • 3 years of experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications
  • 5 years of experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process improvement
  • 5 years of experience in gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders
  • 5 years of experience with written and verbal communications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of business architecture design and software system specifications design
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
