**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sell luxury goods to customers, providing exceptional customer service and a memorable experience.
  • Engage with customers in a genuine and respectful manner, building rapport and trust.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Process transactions efficiently, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Restock sales floor and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mid-luxury or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate key features and benefits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
