Senior Manager, Commercial Finance and Portfolio Oversight

Key Responsibilities:
Offer support, mentorship, and training to a designated team of Account Managers, assessing specific requirements and formulating training initiatives.Assist in the oversight and management of commercial and construction financing.Evaluate and recommend commercial credit facilities to ensure adherence to lending and regulatory standards.Foster relationships with colleagues and broker partners to enhance client satisfaction.Establish production metrics to optimize turnaround times and improve customer service.Encourage business growth and retention objectives.Complete reporting for construction loans, identify potential risks, and devise mitigation strategies.Authorize sub-advance requests and address challenged facilities.Manage post-closing amendments and provide underwriting assistance.Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in business or finance is required.A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction lending is essential.Management experience is preferred.Strong understanding of construction project processes and risk assessment.Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.Familiarity with commercial lending regulations and financial analysis.Detail-oriented with a commitment to integrity and service excellence.Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Challenges and Opportunities:
