About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Experience Manager to join our Parkland on Eglinton West team in Etobicoke, Ontario. As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality and resident satisfaction in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality and resident satisfaction of the Parkland of responsibility
  • Consistently ensure service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service
  • Establish strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices
  • Oversee the orientation of new Residents to Parkland through established standards
  • Provide leadership and direction to housekeeping and hospitality services team
  • Manage the professional development of all Team Members within the housekeeping and hospitality services department
  • Oversee operating budget and spending processes of the food and beverage department
  • Direct safety & wellness culture of housekeeping and hospitality services team

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education. You should have 2-3 years of experience in a management role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment. You must be passionate about working with seniors and have experience working with the elderly in a seniors' living or long-term care environment. Alzheimer's Disease and other Dementia Care Course is considered an asset.
