Job Summary:

The Guest Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Task Management: Establish work schedules, procedures, and reports to ensure efficient operations.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
  • Supply Requisition: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, and attention to detail.
