Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Niagara Hotels Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our front-line staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent guest service.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations: Assist with the coordination and execution of hotel operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
