Job Summary:

The Guest Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our guest services team, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and support. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient guest service delivery
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including resolving work problems and providing technical advice
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest service performance and areas for improvement
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
