Position: Proposal Coordinator for North America

Cloud for Good is seeking a proactive professional to oversee the development of proposals in response to client requests for proposals (RFPs). This position is essential for managing all logistical elements involved in gathering the necessary content from various contributors to ensure successful proposal submissions. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with and support our sales and services teams as we provide solutions for our educational and nonprofit clients, enabling them to harness the transformative power of Salesforce.

Location: Remote, Home-based office in North America

Work Authorization: Applicants must be Citizens or Permanent Residents of the USA or Canada. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Travel Requirements: 10-20%

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in managing, drafting, and coordinating professional services RFP/RFI proposals.
  • Skilled in influencing cross-functional stakeholders with diverse work styles at all organizational levels towards achieving desired outcomes.
  • Capable of holding stakeholders accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
  • Produces effective written communications that are clear, informative, and prompt action.
  • Proficient in managing multiple proposals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required; experience in Salesforce professional services or consulting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the nonprofit and/or higher education sectors is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Cloud for Good's sales, services, and marketing teams to manage the proposal development process, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals that align with client expectations and requirements.
  • Create and oversee timelines for proposal submissions.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues to ensure timely completion of responses.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of standard language, previous responses, graphics, and other reusable content to enhance the proposal writing process and improve efficiency.
  • Review and edit written documents, providing insights, suggestions, and creative input to strengthen proposals.
  • Stay informed about the company's solutions, products, and messaging to ensure a competitive edge is effectively communicated.
