Position Overview

Telecom North America is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to oversee customer-focused initiatives within the telecommunications sector. As a Project Coordinator, you will manage various aspects of customer-related projects, guiding them from initial discovery through to execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and oversee project development, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and management, regarding project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Act as a vital team member, influencing solution design, requirements, and implementation strategies.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights that will inform the development of new products and services, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to define strategic requirements.

Qualifications
  • CAPM certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in project management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent multitasking and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with network technologies such as GSM, GPRS/EDGE, UMTS/HSPA, 4G LTE, and others.
  • Experience in IT network infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in multicultural work environments.
  • Experience working remotely.

Fluency in English is required.
